Cancelation Policy

In order to provide our clients with the best possible care and in a timely fashion, it is important that you notify Elite Laser Spa if you do not intend on keeping your scheduled appointment.

Please call the spa to cancel appointments and give a minimum 24 hour notice before your appointment so that we may offer that time slot to another client.

Your account will be charged a fee for any appointment not kept or not canceled within the 24 hour period.

Due to this agreement any client who is scheduled for a service will be charged a minimum of 50% of their total service. We reserve the right to automatically charge for any appointment with the credit card on file. 

Additionally, there are no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final. If you are going to be late, please give us a call in advance to avoid the same charges. We thank you for your understanding.
